Argencon's founding members and any participating institution as from now recognize and value the following cornerstones and ruling principles:
Argencon is and will be an institution of excellence, whose resources will be efficiently focused on promoting Argentina as an outstanding actor in the exportation of knowledge-based services worldwide.
Using the product of knowledge to provide services to other countries is one of the most sophisticated ways of exporting at a worldwide scale. It is this way that Argencon will drive training and education mechanisms to allow the country to occupy an outstanding place in this process.
Promoting knowledge-based services involves interacting at different levels, namely commercial, legal, fiscal, and relational.
Argencon will generate a joint strategy together with schools and universities, businesses, civil institutions, and the Government, in order to position Argentina as the main global knowledge-based service exporter in Latin America.
Building consensus, integrating multidisciplinary and business work teams, creating common targets, and making synergic efforts will all be implicit in each action promoted by the institution.
Argencon will aim at supporting and increasing the creative and intellectual capacities of its members, their employees, and the institution's own staff, by providing them with the required resources, training, and supplies.
Argencon takes into account and will always consider the importance of transparency, commercial and public ethics, and overall compliance with the current rules and regulations. These constitute one of Argencon's cornerstones, and it will ensure that the institution and its members comply with them.
Decent and quality employment, proper remuneration, compliance with labor and tax regulations, ethical and moral behavior, and protection of the environment are basic principles that currently rule and will always rule this entity's actions.
Argencon is an institution formed by foreign market-related knowledge-based service companies. It aims to include the different productive clusters related to services, considering not only their individual operational topics but also their common problems. More info -> Contact us ->
